# Trim

Cuts a video or an audio file down to a stretch you choose, without re-encoding what is kept where that is possible.

## How to reach it

Pick the file up in Finder, hold Option, and let go toward **Trim**.

## What it accepts

Any audio or video file Arazio reads: 3GP, AAC, AIFF, AVI, FLAC, FLV, M4A, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP3, MP4, MPEG, OGG, Opus, WAV, WebM, WMV.

## What it writes

A new file in the same format, beside the original.
