# TIFF files

The print and archive format. Lossless, very large, and what a scanner or a publisher will often insist on.

## Convert TIFF to

AVIF, BMP, GIF, HEIC, JPG, PDF, PNG, WebP.

## Tools that work on TIFF

Hold Option rather than Shift: Compress, Crop, Flip, Resize, Rotate, Strip Metadata.

## Where the file goes

Beside the original, same folder, same name, new extension. Nothing is overwritten and nothing is uploaded.

Extensions: .tiff, .tif · Category: image
